You can submit a ticket through this portal system by selecting "New support ticket" on the main support desk dashboard through Freshdesk. You can also submit a ticket request by emailing support@usfsm.freshdesk.com. Please include details regarding exactly what you would like to update, as well as the URL and any PDFs you wish to include in the update.
